GLBT Biz-Net
Networking and so much more.
Last month we proudly announced the launch of the Chamber's dedicated online networking site GLBT Biz-Net.
If you haven't joined yet, we invite you to do so today. Think of it as a 24/7 Business Connections mixer.
After you've signed up take a few minutes to explore the site. You'll find up to the minute news stories (through RSS feeds) that focus on North Texas Business at the top of the page and GLBT issues at the bottom of the page.
In the near future we'll begin to add more calendar items, groups and video.

Dear Chamber Member,
Thank you! Because of you the North Texas GLBT Chamber is one of the fastest growing organizations of its kind in the nation. Your membership and participation gives voice to the economic strength of our entire community.
Another big 'thank you' goes out to everyone who made the 4th Anniversary Dinner a great success. Most notably, Ed Malinoski of I Love Flowers for creating the beautiful centerpieces, Damon Frazier of Frazier Photography & Video for helping us to create a photo archive of the event, Robert Camina of Camina Entertainment for capturing everything on video and Steven Lindsey & Rebecca Ramos of Crain & Craig for providing countless hours of graphic design and copy writing expertise. This is the truly amazing thing; all of these Chamber Members have agreed to provide these services to us for FREE for all four of our major events this year!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Sincerely,
Tony Vedda

Most, if not all, GLBT couples should consider having a qualified attorney draft their Wills to ensure that they will inherit each other's property and act as each other's executor. Without a Will to make such designations, a same-sex partner will have no right to control or inherit their partner's property, even if such property is jointly owned.
